A private coaching practice
I work with CEOs, founders, and senior executives on the leadership and organizational challenges that come with scale — from decision-making and delegation to team dynamics and transition.
Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, working with leaders wherever they are.
The practice
One-on-one work for leaders facing consequential decisions, transitions, or growth.
Helping executive teams operate at the level their company now requires.
Understanding whether a leadership problem is individual, relational, structural, or strategic before recommending a fix.
Who I work with
Leaders whose organizations have outgrown their current way of operating — where the old playbook for decision-making, delegation, or team structure no longer fits.
About
I spent over a decade inside fast-growing companies before I ever called myself a consultant — most recently as SVP, Global Head of People at Tala, where I helped take the company from startup to scale-up, and before that at Ticketmaster, where I built an internal coaching practice that grew into the executive team. That's the lens I bring to this work: I've sat inside the room where these decisions get made, not just advised from outside it.
I've been an ICF-certified coach (PCC) for more than a decade, and have coached more than 50 C-suite executives and 700+ senior leaders and managers across tech, health-tech, fin-tech, entertainment, and nonprofit organizations. I hold a Master's in Organizational Leadership, and I'm also the co-founder of Cicada Agility, where I work with executive teams on organizational diagnosis and readiness. I'm certified to administer MBTI, Working Genius, FIRO-B, and Hogan assessments.
